Playing around with light, shutter speed and noise effect, so yes high ISO is intentional.

Out of curiosity,is the noise effect done through camera settings or added after? :)

through the camera, I chose an ISO of 1600 in a room with low lighting, and then chose a quite quick shutterspeed so the iso would make the picture even more grainy :)

Ahh,allright,have not played around yet with such high ISO settings :)

Did you use a tripod or was a firm hand enough to ensure the pic came out still?

Well most of the time I find that high ISO setting is not very useful or wanted haha so I understand you.

Just stretched my hand out, but as I said I chose high shutter speed so I would have to like shake the camera if blur was to occure.
